Really enjoyed the handstand workshop with Elliott and Suryava. The group was small, only 6 or 7 people so had plenty of attention from the two coaches. Learned some new useful techniques to improve my handstands and am looking forward to the next workshop.Kate, Google review, September 2026
Elliott and Sav were great instructors, taking time to give individual feedback. I’m going to do the shoulder exercises they gave us to build up my shoulder strength.Diana, Google review, September 2026
Both great teachers with a lot of experience. Their their advice was great for all levels as they adjusted depending on the student. Also felt very safe in class.Anna, Google review, October 2026

What should I wear and bring?

Normal training kit you can move in, and a water bottle. Bare feet or socks, no shoes on the mats. Bring your phone if you want your before and after clips.

How big are the groups?

Small, usually six to twelve people, with two coaches, so you get seen and corrected.

How do I pay?

Can I learn handstands online instead?

Yes. Online coaching starts from footage of how you train now, with your programme in the app and a video reply every two weeks showing what to change. There is also a free app, the Handstand Ladder, to start on your own.

Not sure a class is right?

The Handstand Ladder app has a free first stage with the drills we teach, filmed, and a one minute quiz that tells you where you are. Try it free. Or book a free 15 minute call and Elliott will tell you honestly where to start.
