Use the email address you trained or paid with. Forgotten your password? Press Forgotten it? on the sign in screen and we email you a link.
Open Your account at the top of the app. For each kind of message, choose None, Email, Notification or Both.
Film from the side with your whole body in frame, then send the clip from the app. You get a video reply within 48 hours.
Open Your account and press Delete my account. It removes your account, plan, progress and messages straight away, and cancels any subscription. Or email us and we will do it for you.
